成人劍擊訓練班練習時間 - 恆常課程

上課地點: 大埔區體育館

逢星期二 8:00pm - 10:00pm; 大埔區體育館

內容: 學習劍擊之規則，練習步法、進攻及防守，學習器材的使用

衣著: 學生須穿長運動褲及室內運動鞋

Adult Fencing Class Schedule - regular class

Every Tuesday 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm; sports centre in Tai Po

Content: Learn the rules and regulations of fencing; practise footwork, attack and defence; learn the use of fencing equipment

Please wear sports trousers and indoor sports shoes.

兒童劍擊訓練班練習時間 5-10 歲 男/女- 恆常課程

上課地點: 大埔區體育館

逢星期二

時間: 每堂2小時
